Diagnosis of infection with hepatic worms in sheep in Salah al-Din governorate

چکیده
The present study was conducted to detect and diagnose Fasciola spp. in sheep Salah al-Din governorate for period from September 2019 until March 2020.
 included examining 200 fecal samples both sexes, the adult age group, by using sedimentation method microscopic examination. results showed total rate of infection with spp.was 5.5% (11/200). Distribution according that highest January February (79.13%) (34.10%) respectively, no observed March.
 measurement hepatic worms eggs isolated infected ranges between (142x80) µm, ellipsoidal shape operculum this features are within F. hepatica.
